Returns and refunds
This policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and credits for paid services coordinated by Dhorxellwrizelon. Physical retail products are not sold through dhorxellwrizelon.world at present; if that changes, a separate product policy will appear here.
Scope and principles
We aim for fair outcomes that respect both client planning and studio capacity. Refunds are assessed against the timelines below, your payment method, and any written agreement that adds bespoke terms for corporate or multi-session programmes.
Australian Consumer Law may provide remedies that exist alongside this policy; where there is inconsistency, mandatory rights prevail.
Workshops and single events
Cancellations received fourteen or more calendar days before the scheduled start time qualify for a full refund to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Cancellations between seven and thirteen days before the event may receive a fifty percent credit toward a future public workshop within twelve months, subject to availability.
Cancellations within six days of the event, or failure to attend without notice, are generally non-refundable, as materials and staffing are committed. We may exercise discretion in cases of documented emergencies.
Minimum numbers
If we cancel because minimum attendance is not met, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date without penalty.
Consulting retainers and packages
Retainers paid in advance are allocated to preparation time, venue coordination, and document drafting. If you terminate before work has begun, we refund the unused portion minus a reasonable administration fee stated in your proposal. Once deliverables are underway, refunds align with milestone completion percentages defined in your agreement.
Where a package includes third-party costs already invoiced to us, those pass-through amounts may be withheld from refunds even if other components are credited.
Digital materials and recordings
Templates, worksheets, or recordings licensed for personal use are generally non-refundable after we grant access, because delivery is immediate and reproducible. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will issue a replacement or partial refund within fourteen days of a verified report.
Payment processing
Refunds return through the same channel where possible. Card networks may take additional days to post credits. Currency differences or bank fees outside our control are not duplicated in the refund amount.
Force majeure and public health
If we must postpone due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather or public health directions, we will offer rescheduled dates or refunds as described in the notice we send at that time.
How to request a return or credit
Email assist@dhorxellwrizelon.world with your booking reference, payment date, preferred remedy, and a concise explanation. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within fifteen business days unless third parties must respond first.
Disputes
We hope to resolve concerns informally. If that fails, the dispute resolution and governing law provisions in our Terms of Use apply.
